Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W)

For all vehicles the insurance excess is £500. This liability can be reduced to £100 by purchasing C.D.W. Rates for this are as follows:-

Daily:-	£10.00
4 Days for 3 Hire Offer:-	£30.00
Weekly:-	£50.00

All prices include VAT.

Mileage Allowances

A mileage restriction is applied to all hires. Excess mileage is charged at 15p per mile including VAT. Mileage allowances are as follows:-

Daily	200 miles
4 Days for 3 Hire Offer	600 miles
Weekly	1000 miles

Additional Drivers

For each additional driver a charge of £15 per driver, per hire, will apply.

Deposit

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

When you submit your reservation a £100 deposit will be charged to your Credit/Debit card.

The total cost of your hire is payable when you collect your vehicle.

On return we will then refund £100 to your Credit/Debit card, assuming no additional charges are applicable.

Fuel Policy

All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel. We request that they are returned the same. Surcharges may apply to vehicles which are not returned full.

Child/Baby Seats

For each child/baby seat provided a charge of £15 per seat, per hire, will apply. The hirer is solely responsible for installation of seats provided by Eurodrive.

SAT-NAV/GPS

Satellite Navigation Systems, when available, can be rented at a cost of £35.00 per hire.

Out of Hours Drop Off

Specifically designed for returns to Prestwick Airport when our office is closed, we can provide drop off facilities at a 24 hour car park adjacent to Prestwick Airport.

A courtesy bus will then transfer hirer and party to the airport terminal. The charge for this service is £15 including VAT.

Please Note:- the vehicle will remain the responsibility of the hirer until Eurodrive staff collect and inspect the vehicle when our office re-opens.

Identification

All hirers and additional drivers must be able to produce a full driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years, plus two additional forms of current identification, e.g. utility bill, passport, bank or credit card.

Please Note:- for UK residents who have the new photocard licence both the plastic photocard and paper counterpart must be provided.
