A) Customers are required to have held a full current Driving Licence for a minimum of two years.
Certain Driving Offences, Professions, History of Accidents and Medical History may result in refusal to hire.
Please note that customers must provide both parts of their Driving Licence plus two forms of identification, e.g. passport, credit card, household bill, etc.
If you hold a foreign Driving Licence, you must present this together with your passport and Credit Card.
As of the 1st January 1997 the law changed relating to this vehicle category. If you passed your driving test on or after 01/01/1997 then you need the relevant licence to drive our large vans or mini buses however if you passed before 01/01/1997 then you automatically have the right to drive these vehicles.

A) I In the unlikely event of a breakdown, all our vehicles are covered by our 5 Star AA Breakdown policy. With your Rental Pack, you will be provided with our 24-hour emergency telephone number to call in case of a breakdown or emergency. Every effort will be made to get you back on the road as soon as possible. A replacement vehicle will be provided if necessary.
A) We provide a meet-and-greet service within our local area. For outside our coverage area, a charge will apply.
Collect Vehicle 4.30pm on Friday - Return Vehicle 8.30am on Monday.
Monday – Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
Saturday 8.30am - 2.30pm
Sunday 9.30am - 2.30pm
